Adding Your Signature to Your Email

Here are the instructions for getting your new signature into your email. This can look complicated but its fairly easily. I will email you your signature. If you don’t have your signature file let me know.

IMPORTANT!: If you run into any problems doing this please call me (James). I am happy to log in and fix it for you.

If you are not using a Mac System or are using a different Email program you should be able to just copy the HTML Code in the file I sent you and paste it into the signature section of your email program. 

I will be adding your signatures to your email inside Gmail as soon as I can get to everyone’s. If you want to do it in the mean time you can simply create a new email in your mail program, highlight your signature, copy it, then paste it into the siganture section of the settings in Gmail.
